A cheque is not accepted by everyone. Cash, that's the most acceptable method. Do people send cash in envelopes? Maybe.

Got the email too, professionally handled by the company (sponsor) to send out the info about this matter.

I have never understood why checks are free while most will charge you $1 or $2 for Epass transfer. One would guess it would cost a dollar or two for each check being sent out in postage/handling costs? I would say eat the Epass charge but I've never been on the "program owner" side and there are admittedly a bucnh of smart guys running many programs, I just never understood the logic behind free checks but a cost for Epass transfers.

Sorry... it takes a very stupid company to not only out source that duty, but to allow the checks to draft from any bank account but your own... how these programs didn't know this would end badly at some point, is beyond logic.
