The gay companies like to sue. They just may take their assets because you know the tube owners don't have that kind of cash.

did titan already get their ass handed to them the last time they tried to breach the DMCA safe harbor provision.

settling out of court is why Michael jackson kept getting these accusations against him. Its quick money, and if enough people see that, they will follow suit and more and more attorneys will do this on contingency.
