What kind of help exactly you need?

I had to upgrade servers and my hosting company will not transfer the files. I have no idea of what to do.

Whoever your new host is should be moving the files for you. If they don't, you need to cancel immediately and take your business elsewhere.

Yes that is correct.Also who is that new host?I mean even shitty host like hostgator and their 5 dollar accounts,they will move files.

It's not a new host its my same host just a new server they say they will not migrate the servers even if I pay.

Leave that host. Get a fully managed host. If you got a managed agreement they should migrate you no problem, its bullshit if they say they wont and not worth staying.

Get a host with cpanel it will make moving much easier. Also there are tons of hosting companies that will move your stuff to their servers once you sign up. Although some do a poor job so watch out.
