most of the non adult affiliates I promote have 30,60,90,120 day cookies standard, quite a few adult sponsors only have 3 day cookies

wow... never knew about 3 day cookie. logged into find that setting and didn't see anything. went to live chat took about 5 minutes to get a response and bam... same page I was on prior 3 day default pops up.

jeez... set it to 30

They proudly send that out in every email but don't bother to mention the traffic leaks on the tour with the additional join options that affiliates don't get credit for :)

It's probably an experiment to see how much a small extension of time will decrease their bottom line. If it doesn't change much, and it probably won't, they can further extend it and hype it up to affiliates.
