I have mainstream banners 3 sizes, javascript code - im paying 20 - 25 cents per 1000 impressions, unique IP's required on the impressions, traffic can be global. However US is preferred.

banners are for Dell, Weight Loss, Coupons, Etc. ALL LEGIT MAINSTREAM OFFERS

This is not per click, this is per 1000 unique "impressions", and i can buy 1,000,000's and 1,000,000's if you have the traffic (adult, non adult - all OK), we will pay you for it, dont bother asking if we can up the CPM rate, its firm at max 25 cents. I wish i could offer more, but CAN NOT.

no, its not a joke, im also not asking for 50,000 impressions, Im asking for millions upon millions of unique impressions, without geo restrictions, without traffic restrictions (literally untargeted, unfiltered, unsorted) and CTR is not a consideration on this campaign. Simply put millions of unique impressions - please. This might be the simplest, least restrictive traffic request ever in the history of GFY.

If you have a LARGE network this should be of interest, examples Sears, i figured hmm ... perhaps their are big fish takers in Adult as well - that essential is what i hope to find.

haha - i love it. well again - im not looking for everyone, if you actually have traffic, real traffic, this is solid, quick example 5,000,000 impressions per day is payout of $1250.00 US, per month its over 37K, and im not asking for CTR. If i can reference you, even prepay terms are available. So ...

Ive tried to contact you a few times.

any tube site with their usual less than 2% CTR may be jumping on this for sure, just do the math: most traffic brokers sell 1000 clicks for $2.5 to $5, with discounts on quantity (and you still get some filtering). To achieve the same amount per impression, you need to have at least a 5% CTR (which AFAIK no BIG tube site has, not even close to it).

A few months ago some tube sites were selling 300000 impressions for $100 (one of my clients tried it and got a whooping 0.2% CTR). Either way, I assume the OP knows what he's doing, because even though it sounds cheap, it may end on money wasted

people adding java script to my sites scare me :)

could easily be switched for something malicious and next thing you know your installing russian trojans to your visitors and the guy is earning $1 an install

What is everybody putting up their 2 cents? 25 cent/CPM isn't that bad a deal at all! I bet most people donot earn 25 cents/CPM on their "all traffic" tube sites for sure....

Let's say you have 5K uniques a day doing 60000 impressions per day (12 impressions per unique) that's 15$/day, 450$/month for a 5K unique/day site!

Is everybody doing more than 13+ sales a month on a site as small as that? I think not!

Oops, my bad! That changes the story alot thought. But you could setup openads to display ads only once per unique IP... :upsidedow

agreed, however we are not measuring the CTR at this time, just the impressions. So as many unique impressions as possible at IP 1/24 we are set.

- This is true. The network im representing works hard to avoid this, some pricks (so called advertisers) try, and their accounts are killed off quickly, its actually more rare than you would think - still, to say it has never been attempted would be a lie. The advertiser process is not a direct pass through or instant pay to play scenario, which helps greatly, there is account review in place and much like adwords, its continuously reviewed.

Still, I agree javascript wasnt my first choice as prime either, but - its what i got at the moment willing to accept adult traffic - which on its own doesnt carry the best reputation.
