Used to provide content for one of their sites. When the contract was over, I would not renew after seeing some things that made me think differently about them.

I base my decisions on stats and proof. It took a while before I was able to find something that made me not want to work with them. I defended the business model and Glen, based on information I saw at that time. Again, I look at facts, not hearsay. I also said that I would defend them until I saw proof that showed me otherwise, then at that time I would walk. When the contract was up, I'd seen plenty of shady shit and I would not renew. I no longer support them in any manner and am in the beginning stages of suing them for continuing to use my content without a valid license to use it.
Yea, things change. But like I said, I work on facts. Had these same facts been provided to me back when the drama started, I would have kept quiet and walked the day my contract was over. Unfortunately, they came later. The only thing that matters is, I no longer support them in any manner, and the masses were correct, even if what some of the things they were claiming were incorrect, they were right about the basics of operation. And if you can believe it, they went from bad to worse. Much worse.
I left, Even Seinfeld left, as did a few other producers and models. That is a sinking ship. Take it from someone who knows more than he should about them and stay as far away from them as you can. :2 cents: |
