How much trouble can you get into over a pic on your site?
 

I've heard few crazy stories, Thai laws are pretty rough... I wonder if the bitch can actually take me to court for posting such pics on a blog?

It depends if it's you producing the content or user generated content. In the latter the DMCA applies... However if it's obscenity stuff and you know about and fail to take action, you'll end up with Max Hardcore...

If someone really want to cause you trouble, they can. Specially in south east asia, there are no real defined laws. It's all about the money :)
