How dependant are you on GPS ?

I always use the fucking thing , I hope soon they put some sort of AI in the next gen GPs's so it learns or has some sort of "brain"

I don't drive.

The only time I've used GPS is when I tried a brief stint of geocaching. That was pretty fun. Other than that, haven't used GPS for anything else.

It allows us to take detours to unknown places, knowing we can't get lost.

Not dependent on it at all which is good because it seems to push everybody down certain routes leaving me free to avoid the jams they create and just sit in.

I'm waiting for the day when someone decides to switch the whole system off for some random reason because there are going to be so many people who have no idea where they are or how to get anywhere :1orglaugh
Hmm. Now you're suggesting a reason I might find getting one useful seeing as I like to just go out in my car for a wander.
