Anyone posted a job on Freelancer?
 

I posted a request for a simple programming job in PHP or python 2 days ago and I got like 7 replies. I answered like 3 of them and now none of them answer back.

All the guys are from russia or india.

I'm gonna have to end up doing this myself :helpme

My brother recently launched this site: skillocracy.com

He says hes got more people offering work, than people needing stuff done. Could find some programmers there.

depends which site you use, elance is probably the best!

I tried freelancer a while ago and all the offers were from Russia and India too. In the end one of the Indian guys replied and the job got done. Not as fast as I hoped, but it got done...
