i am very impressed by the demo and want to try it out.

anyone else tried it and has any feedback?

yes its nice, but you need have *STRONG* machine if you have more than 300k views per day..

Been using Piwik for months now and loving it.

I love it too but the only problem is the piwik database, after some time it will be huge.
I have been using about 3 months tracking 2 sites and the database already have 100 mb.

Lol,any server based counter will cause big load on your server.

I'm currently having the same problem with AWstats.

I have a cron set up to purge the logs every month or so because it's getting huge (and causes AWstats performance to degrade)

My pageviews are WAY over 300k a day. I can see piwik running but it's not a huge deal. If you're having trouble with it with only 300k pageviews you might want to check your mysql configuration. Something is definitely wrong.

I use it on some of my sites, definitely one of the best IMO.
