Yea, just wait. Regardless of what bloggers / tech people / mac tards say about it good or bad, Apple will probably sell a shit load of them, just by sheer marketing power they have. And people will love how they're tied into the App store, and Apple's awesome upgrade timeline to pay for stuff, because the menstrual pad either really works for them, or they're delusional and are justifying the purchase in some way.
I do love how none of the commercials address the issue of holding the iPad while trying to write, or being able to angle the screen without shifting yoga positions. Then again, apparently it's a consumption device, so typing and input is second to selecting content to ingest for a fee.

I never got one. But I do like their products. I'm on my wireless Macbook now, I have a G5 also at home, wife has a G5 Mac Pro. But at the office, we are all about PCs'.
I bought the Iphone the first week it came out years ago and I HATED it, I returned it.
But I just got another since it seems they fixed all the stuff I hated on it.
I think some of the stuff they build is amazing. But no need for the iPad ATM.Comment

HP reported today they're releasing a similar device soon that runs as Windows 7.
The ipad runs... iphone OS...
Apple will still sell a ton because some people buy mac only, and it's great they're first with it.. But a fully functional slate type PC that runs Windows7 and isn't crippled is going to be way better.
