someone stole my layout and header :X
 

Hi,

I found a fucker who stole my layout - he changed images and colors - html is without change.. Next thing, he stole header from my another site - he erased my sitename and resized it and put on his own..

That sucks. Stealing the header is bad, but as far as changing the markup....I think this is a gray area. HTML/CSS is not the same as taking, for example, some backend system code. I say this because, what if he used the EXACT same layout but changed the markup/css? You'd still be equally pissed and to the end user, it's the same thing.

Maybe you should post the URL of offender if you're really that angry and it is true....
