I like your 1st pic (not for a tgp recip though) but you should really consider compressing them somehow.. Almost 160k and 40k is too much for a small graphic.

before you start animating, develop an idea, flashing text usually takes up less space than moving text etc.. read some tutorials :)

You'll need $50 or so for the use of that Monica Mendez image, transfer license or add it to your list of domains at Matrix. Too much for just $35, unless the client has the rights for that exact image

Man, I'm giving you advice on how things must be done. If you want to design and avoid troubles for you and your clients, you need to have license to use the content. You can use the advice or not, I couldn't care less. But let's suppose your button was chosen, Aztek pays you and sometimes in the future Matrix people comes and ask him for the license to use it (which is possible he doesn't have). You cheated him, plain and simple
