Thanks Mitch, do you mind outlining the ways a customer can cancel a membership just so I'm clear? By customer I mean someone who buys a membership at a porn site, not one of your clients obviously.

We offer cancellation links and a 24/7 call center as well as email cancellations. Each of our call center merchants gets their own toll free and direct phone number so we can even answer the phones with your their company name.
