How can i get money from someone ? He lives in France and i did some work for him.

The last 2 options have damn high fees (at least here)

Exactly, go with Moneybookers, good old British securtiy and all. Decent fees and very secure.

paypal is the best

He was blocked by Paypal (damn it) and can't register to epass, looks ike they only accept US guys for now.

liqpay.com looks very interesting, basically if i got itright through them any plastic card can send a payment to any other plastic card at $1.95 +1% rate

i was wondering about process itself how sending / getting the money done.. dug around and see they can do it trough any debit/visa, which is very cool. been waiting for such service long time. very surprising seeing this service coming from Ukrainian bank, very refreshing though ) looking at the rates they are unbelievably low and are fair. going be trying out them soon

It has restrictions on fund transfer, $500 or $1k month max i guess. They cancelled old cards and not sure if they issued new ones yet. They verify each sender alsmot for every transaction.
