...primary bank? What banks have you used as your primary bank that you would never use again?

I use a credit union now, would never go back to a normal bank.

I use ING now, previous bank was Raiffeisen.

Left them because:
- There was no way to change the pin code on the bank card, and if you forget you have to wait a week to get a new card which you have to pay for
- They force you to change the password to your online banking once a month, and it can't be the same as the last 6 passwords. Password recovery also not easy.
- They juice you with little fees everywhere
- The online banking did not work about 3/4ths of the time because some server was down.

I'm with Chase right now.

I have personal checking and savings and (for my mainstream biz) business checking and savings.

I had about 2 weeks straight nothing but problems with both my personal accounts so I cleared out my business accounts and the branch business manager called me yesterday asking if I wanted to close them. I have just been transferring money into them when I need to write checks. I'll be closing all of my chase accounts as soon as I find another bank I like.

I'm with BofA and Chase now. I am starting to like Chase a little bit better.
