McCready to Vivid: Destroy My Sex Tape or Else!

TMZ has obtained a cease and desist letter just fired off to Vivid Entertainment in which Mindy's lawyer claims the tape -- which reportedly shows Mindy describing sexual encounters with celebrities like Roger Clemens -- was "never intended for sale or public distribution."

Mindy's lawyer believes Vivid does not have the right to distribute the tape -- which Mindy claims was stolen from her home three years ago -- and they want Vivid to "destroy" any copies they have of the tape ASAP.

A rep from Vivid was unavailable for comment.

Yeah. That was chuckle-worthy.

In reading about it and thinking about all her antics, criminal record, drug use, rehab, attempted suicide, and whatever over the years. It makes you kinda laugh that she believes she has any pride left.

Yeah that's what Carrie Ann claims on the latest sober house, but I wasn't sure if it had ever been proven it came from Mindy. It does seem kinda funny though to hear about a sex tape in which all she is doing is talking. I would think Clemens would be more fearful of it getting out, isn't he still claiming the 10 year affair never took place?
