Crazy Egg's CONFETTI and Heatmap features have a graphic heat map that graphically shows which pages are hot, which are cold, and where the clicks come from. Use this information to optimize any of the following elements of your site: layout, content offering, keyword targets, etc. Knowing what's popular to people that come from a specific place (despite differing link entry points) also might help you build out new channels.
