Surely the sort of tinfoil hat wearing paranoid nutter that feels they need to remove individual cookies in case ccbill rapes their cat isn't likely to be waving their credit card at the internet anyway. And anybody who needs lessons in how to do it fails at computers worse than my mum.

I think ccbill tracks using other methods than just ip address, they have said that before on here.
