I tried to contact him with diferent emails but the emails couldn't be delivered ( I tried the email listed in the WHOIS + email like [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] ).

since no one relied,
I guess the only method to conact that guy is to make a gallery, submit it but insted of promoting the sponsor, place on the gallery a text: "Dear webmaster, contact me, I got a business inquiry" LOL - but I will do it :)

Try: [email protected], but honestly...if he makes it that hard to get a hold of him...you really should reconsider making any business deals, unless you've got 'dumbass' tattooed on your forehead.

Send 500 emails, that will wake him up!

You're right, I don't know what it's about. However, what you described above would be considered a business deal...so my original comments still stand.

It's your deal, your money...good luck. I hope it's easier for you to find him/her after you two agree to your transaction than it has been for you just to make it.
