Looking for anyplace that offers to bill customers for memberships via text messaging. Anyone know of anyplace?

Nothing much in the US, there was Zong.com

If they say they do they are lying, I don't know one shortcode billing that is exempt from being approved by the carrier. Especially in Adult.

It can happen but the company that says they can do will have to submit the SMS app to the carrier for approval and that could take up to 6 months and cost you 5-10k for the setup.
