From your experience what, or which days do you tend to normally see the best results from mailing ex members?

What is some good software to manage email databases for several programs?

I want to email mine, but don't know shit about mailing, would love to see a tutorial on this, and get some feedback from other sponsors on best way to go about it, email content'/format, offers, email management script to use, etc..

Daily, with full opt out and notification of where/why they received the message. Dropping the rate/offering a free trial make it much more worthwhile. (Durr.)
