Firefox or Chrome?
Which do YOU prefer?
I'm trying them both and will weigh in, but in the meantime.... |
Chrome...
I can only speak for Firefox but I love it. I'm ashamed to admit that up until IE8 was released I was exclusively using IE. The latest version is a giant piece of ass though so I made the switch and I love Firefox. It's wicked fast.

I've also found Chrome to be more stable than Firefox. If a memory leak is maxing your CPU, you can kill the affected tab in the Chrome Task Manager without having to shut down the whole browser. You can also install and disable extensions without having to reboot. While Chrome offers plenty of handy features, Firefox does offer more but I'm happy sacrificing them for the speed. |
chrome all the way
I like Google new browser, it is fast !

Chrome... :2 cents:
Opera, for sure :)
Asked so many times before.... however, I use Chrome yet I have FF and IE on my system.
Now what is new to hear is that I find google and FF work well at the same time. If I try to use IE when Google is running then I have all hell brake lose on my system. |
Chrome as my main one and FireFox for work (SEO extensions, Design Extensions).

FF :thumbsup

Internet Explorer is for people who don't understand that IE is complete fail and doesn't support half of what's out there for web standards... no joke...
Scroll to the bottom: http://a.deveria.com/caniuse/ Also Chrome is the fastest browser with the fastest JS engine on the planet... Chrome wins on all fronts. FailFox has the slowest JS engine and all the JS effects are jumpy... They ARE however, reworking their entire JS engine to be based off of webkit/chrome's ... and I do love me some FireBug |
I like Chrome
Chrome gets my vote!
Chrome chrome chrome chrome, with ff as a backup, and IE if I am really desperate.
Ff .
chrome has no google PR bar
bad for seo |
Chrome is pretty good, I like it :thumbsup
And I used to use FF ;) |
I use firefox for everyday work but I load up Chrome when I play wgt.com as it runs quicker for games and doesn't mess up my shots.
Chrome has my vote!
I tryed Chrome but I stayed with Firefox...
I though firefox was resistant from viruses, definitely not the case.
both...i use Chrome for speed, FF for the useful plugins like MeasureIt and Sparky
tonyparra posted this the other day...
Firefox tops list of 12 most vulnerable apps http://blogs.zdnet.com/security/?p=2304&tag=rbxccnbzd1 |
Chrome....
FF all the way
I use Chrome full time now. FF have gotten a little better but it still bleeds heaps of memory.
I prefer firefox for the plugins.
I also use safari and opera on the mac, and all of those plus IE on the netbook. |
Chrome. Rips FF to shreds.

Chrome without a doubt!
go with Chrome or Chromium
I use FF and love it. I tried chrome out but I don't know it was weird because it was new :) So maybe I should give Chrome a try and use it for a longer time
I am still siding with FF...Chrome hasn't wowed me enough to switch over.
