How much traffic is a good idea to be sending to other tgps from toplists, I am sending around 8% but should i try to increase it ????

Usually 50% to 90% of traffic going to content should be fine.
10% - 50% of traffic can go to other tgps.
Your traffic traders might have rules - pay attention to that.
