need a webdesigner

i need someone who can do html/graphics and a little php just to make the form part of the page work.

basically i need someone to design 1 tour page and 1 join page. the tour page wont be too graphic intensive and i'll tell ya what to do.. i need this asap...i will pay via paypal.

Sounded like he had opt-in's. The guy wasn't requesting a mailer (in that other thread) that would forge headers or relay/formmail off other machines.

You do understand that anti-spam systems in place at Yahoo, MSN, AOL and others do occassionally filter out PERFECTLY LEGITIMATE opt-in emailings that are handled by responsible business owners. Right?

If you submit your address to me and say [X] Send me shit in my email. -- you're getting shit in your email (from us anyway) till you unsubscribe from our list (and then you wont get shit).

I'm not sure how you can be (successful) in this industry without working your legitimate customer & lead lists.
