A program could pay you 50% but if the affiliates can't sell the product you make nothing. ;-)

A lot of programs pay 10% of the profit of the reffered webmaster. That's the best rate I've seen.

How about sponsors disclose the real details like how long do referred webmasters earn us money for, etc. DO you take them away after a year, 6 months, or do we earn from them for life? I'll be deciding carefully on who I choose to promote on a site I am building.

Do you mean adult webmasters or just webmasters in general? If you're thinking general webmasters, I would push something everyone needs, like webhosting. I think Hostgator pays between $50 up to $125 depending on how many you bring each month. Or try to see if any host does rev share.
