Looking for a programmer that knows/experienced in the following:

PHP
AJAX
Smarty Template experience
CMS development experience
MySql
CSS
HTML5
JQuery
XML
Javascript

At least 5 years experience!! I'm not looking for programmers that are learning as they go, I don't want to waste my time..
You think you're good and you can prove that you qualify? .. please post your information and someone will contact you to test your knowledge..

Salary has to be rational.. especially with the outsourcing options available nowadays..

Maybe you should define "rational" in terms of salary... I make low six figures as a lead developer and that's perfectly rational...

You can't really consider outsourcing as an option when compared to hiring a developer with over 5 years of experience...

forget the 5 years, ill show you guys that are doing LAMP for 5 years but know shit

ask for one thing, samples of work, sites urls that worked on and verify those things

smarty will be the reason you will cut your replies by 80%

Smarty's like a 10 second job to implement in virtually anything. Why the hell would someone know (at least basic) SQL, PHP, and not be able to tackle simple templating?

You are not going to get 'low six figures' in the online adult industry.
