Ibill cancelled Christmas.

I cant even access my statement in CMI :Grrrrrr

Nevertheless i do not think iBill is in financial troubles ... just technical troubles and they have been into that since day one.

These arseholes steal 15% then hold on to 10% for 6 or is it now 7 months? They then have the audacity to not pay you.

If they are in trouble get off the boat fast if they are not, get off the boat faster cos they reckon they can fuck with you.

If they are in trouble what do you think happens to the 10% they hold back?

Ibill's support is horrible.
If you send them e-mail regarding problems with checks or wire transfers you have to wait weeks for their reaction :feels-hot

Ibill??? I am so happy that I got away from that... true, they have been around for a long time, way too long in my opinion. I have switched billing companies two times before and am now back on track with Verotel. Finally they seem to have their shit together. Even got my ACH for 01/01 today!!! Praise the lord!

And what is the best transaction processor?
I use Ibill because I heard that people are joining more willingly when you use big, famous processor like Ibill or Ccbill.

Everytime I aks about it I receive the same formula:
"We are currently experiencing technical difficulties with our payout system related to the new Sponsored Merchant rollup process and as a result some payouts that were originally thought to have gone out, have been delayed by up to a week. "

But it is already 15 days of delay, not a week :BangBang:

I received my check in the mail on time as well.

I got my iBill wire without a problem.

god I hate hearing any problems with processors not paying

At the risk of posting the OBVIOUS

Ibill has posted right when you sign in that they've had problems and that your statement will be available at the end of the day today.

You must have confirmed your merchant account information - which is ALSO stated on the page when you sign in - have you done that?

My wire came as always .. it hasn't been late in 5 years

Got my 12/15th check on Dec 31. I am in canada..

I just had to do that merchant verification thing and then I go thte check 3 days later.

I was told to do it on 24th December. And I did it immediately. Unfortunately it didn't help to get the wire.

Just got our check! Anyone else getting No service for smaller sites!:mad:
