Bandwith pricing

Trying to get quotes for a ds3 from some of the larger carriers (l3 etc). Excluding local loop charges, What is the price/meg these days in the 10-45mb/sec volume range?

$10-$30 depends on how competitive your market is.

Actually a lot depends on loop charges and tariffs involved. Its not the price per Meg can can be killer its the damn loop charge and taxes.

erm, still that market is such a different market than your traditional datacenter pricing. 45/Mbps isn't uncommon to see either.

Thanks to everyone who pitched in some advice. The reason for the post was that in the past the loop charges were pretty much non-negotiable from any provider, but everybody could negotiate on the price per mb. Everybody will always quote you super high to start, so knowing what the true market price for bandwidth is these days (falling as fast as it is) helps a ton.
