things to do in memphis?
 

heading out to memphis for a wedding next month, what should i see/do while i am there? only thing i have planned is to eat lots of ribs.

Go to Graceland?

Yeah go to Beale Street for sure. A lot of times at night they block off the street so if you're drunk you won't get run over while walking from bar to bar.

If you like eating lots of meat go to Texas de Brazil next to the Peabody. There's no menu, they just walk around with big pieces of meat and cut some off if you want it, it's great.

The Zoo, Pink Palace Museum, Childrens Museum .. if you have kids , Chuckalissa Prehistoric Indian Village.. it is really neat.

Mud Island is pretty kewl, ride the trolleys,
Graceland
Tunica is mini Vegas and is always a blast!

Drink some Southern Comfort, screw a blonde with a bee-hive hairdoo, hangout in a blues bar, and eat some good fried chicken.
