some drunk korean guy keeps trying to come in the door here...repeatedly
 

so im working away, everyone is asleep

i hear someone keying the number pad to come in, which is odd as everyone is here already.

i check the cam, and its some dude, i tell him to go away...in english..lol

he yells something back in korean...probably let me in you bastard

now my wife is up and telling him to go away he starts swearing at her....the very first korean words i learned were the curse words..lol

so...i raise my voice a bit, letting him know im not pleased...he punches the door...which is sold steel, well hard metal anyway..lol.

it makes a loud noise, so now im mad, as i have baby here and i dont need him waking up

i open the door, and surprise surprise buddy can speak english
at least the words im sorry...sorry im sorry...lol

maybe it was my eyes bulging out as i was so pissed off.

anyway he went away so we thought


i go back to work, he comes back again...keying the number pad and cursing away when his code wont work.

this time i just yank the door open...its like he is still shocked to see he is in the wrong place, he looks at the ground and says sorry..lol...i can hear him right now yelling at someone elses door at the floor below us


i know hes just drunk...but waking up the baby is a cardinal sin for sure

if he comes back im going out and dragging him into the elevator and downstairs to bring him outside and present him to building security, who is doing a great job i guess

Weird. Tell him the cut-off time for drunk korean guys is 9.30.

i went out to a bar in itaewon which is the part of Seoul for foreigners, us army guys etc

they stayed open until i left..i kept waiting for them to shut down so id know when to go home..lol

Stick a note to the door: "This is not your door, idiot!" or something

but i doubt he can read right now...hes wasted

just annoying...and if he wakes the baby...man...i might have to hold the wife back from going for his eyes..lol

hes gone away..i think me forcing him out of the hallway made him afraid...but i can hear him yelling hes still in the building

everyone probably thinks he lives here so they dont call building security

this is not some low level living here either...this is higher class apartments in korea

yep this is my 4th or 5th time over here

i have enjoyed it more this time as i got some free time...went on my own out in the city

if i could just get used to sitting on the floor...it would be great, i feel like an ogre as 70 year old ladies can sit on the floor for hours with no problem....im there for 30 minutes and i have to stretch my legs and lie down sideways

its embarrassing..lol

Next time tell him there's a whore house 2 blocks over, and it's free for "customer appreciation night" if he's that drunk he won't be able to find his way back :)
