Hosting: I need a cheap hosting solution
 

I need:

- linux based
- managed
- 10 ip addresses
- 70 databases to host around 70 domains running wordpress or joomla

This is for a fresh start so I want a cheap solution (for start anyways since I wont waste any bandwith for 6 months at least)
