I have found that picking up the phone, or contacting them direct, or even putting in a ticket works very well. Are they ignoring you ???

I dont think he has NATS, if he did he would be asking for someone from toomuchmedia, or using the ticket system instead of GFY.

No they are not ignoring me. I got recommend to set things up with NATS, and i wanted to get some info before doing this.
