is the ipad too big?
 

would it not be better somthing in-between an ipod touch and the ipad in size?

the ipad seems too big, as in you may as well get a laptop.

surly somthing a bit smaller would be more use and more portable.

I think the idea was to get a better screen for surfing the web.

It doesn't play movies or tv shows in widescreen. That much I do know.

I just want it to surf the web when watching tv. Simple fast and convenient. I use my iphone now but a larger screen would be nice.

It's a nice unit. I just think it's over priced and under spec'd.

There are at least 50 other tablets coming from pretty much every other major hardware provider. Most looking to be similar in build quality to what Apple is putting out, and in most cases for about half the price. I'm gonna wait a bit an see.

I've got a Hackintosh'd Dell netbook for couch surfing to hold me over in the mean time. Full OSX for under $250.

Why do I always visualize a maxi-pad when I hear iPad... ugh.

I think the size is going to be awesome.

Haven't tried it yet, but look forward to getting my hands on it soon.

I don't think it will be too big.

In fact--- maybe it could even be an iTad bit bigger?
