I've been with ISPrime for 9+ years. They rock.

When I used them were great but also importantly when I consolidated all my hosting with 1 company they were helpful and easy to leave. Not all hosts are so nice.

I used them several years ago, and my experience was quality bandwidth / hardware / technical skills, but a lack of admin/billing organization.

They are one of those hosts that would have saved $$$$ and made more sales by avoiding sending all their reps to shows. I had one be drunkenly crazy rude to me at a show and it really turned me off.

Can't comment for rep performance at shows. Can comment on their performance at hosting - it's excellent.

Stuff like that is one of the reasons I've greatly curtailed show attendance. I'd kinda rather do business in a professional environment, where people are not going to make drunken errors of judgment. And, for internet professionals, that place is pretty much online.

Technically, they are one of the best host. They are proactive in checking their servers for vulnerabilities. They sent me an email about one of my scripts. On the downside, their pricing is very high.

One of the 3 top hosts in this industry. When you need mission critical hosting the likes of Isprime, mojohost and nationalnet are the only real choices.

You generally pay for that level of excellence, but its worth every cent. Downtime costs more than your hosting bills.

Ha, ha, indeed you do. Not that it wasn't fun 'cause it was.

I had the same thing happen not at a show tho. They did take me out to a nice dinner in NY a few years back and that was a great night.
