i've been wondering why somebody doesn't broker foreign traffic. I guess you gotta speak a bunch of languages and make some good contacts in the countries you'd be brokering for.

Actually, Japanese traffic converts like a mother fucker and they rebill like you wouldnt beleive :)

if u want to buy foreign traffic from me I require the following info:

exact language code
$/raw click (factor in your paranoia, my juicer will never be public)
URL where traffic will go
how often you pay by paypal

I will then weigh your offer against others based that info, then we can start a small test with the intent of going bigger...
