VISA and MC no longer want their brands associated with ?non-consensual? content
Changing Rules of Card Association Compliance
Recently, the Card Associations have been paying closer attention to different content niches. Both VISA and MasterCard no longer want their brands associated with ?non-consensual? content. This includes sleeping content, excessive force or violence, drinking sites in which models are intoxicated and ?peek-a-boo? content. And while the disclaimer of the content being ?fantasy and role play? worked in the past, the card associations are no longer accepting this as a work-around. At CommerceGate, we do everything possible to ensure our business practices are in sync with our acquirers and the Card Associations. We have invested in the G2 spider system that scans our registered URLS monthly to make sure all content and verbiage is in compliance. This is the same software that is used by the majority of the Acquirers as well as the Card Associations. Fuck. I say - why not shady x-sells and all the scam with merchants???:mad::mad: |
in max. 5 years only kissing between man and woman older than 25 and younger than 45 will be allowed. and only if they are married. and 2257 will also require a certificate of marriage

Big news foo. Especially for extreme fetish sites like Clips4Sale.
I wonder if it is just the U.S. market being enforced. Since the rules for the East seem to vary from the West historically, allowing for more lax enforcement overseas? |
visa and mastercard want cold hard cash. more so visa. whatever you just posted is just a small blip in the overall scheme of things.

Does that cover Girls Gone Wild type or Voyeur/Upskirts, and Nipple Slips type stuff?
|
Gleem, you should try the same thing with illegal gf sites. There're some chances to succeed i guess.

It's nothing new and probably nothing to panic over. Looks like it's just another way of cleaning up all the sites that play in the gray area.
My concern is more what the reviewers at the processing companies are going to do. Will they not understand the rules and start declining valid sites based on their misinterpretation of the rule. Intoxication doesn't mean the girl can't have a drink. and Peek a boo doesn't mean all Voyeur content is bad. In my opinion at least. |

Hidden charges the consumer doesn't know what it is and cant do anything about = $$$$. I bet they call it a stupid tax or pervert tax behind closed doors. Even if the consumer is smart enough to complain and get his money back , visa doesn't take a hit the merchant does. |
