live news. cops took out a guy fleeing on foot after he bailed in a high speed chase. on live tv they just blew the dudes back out. and then regular programming/commercials resumed. is this really any different 1st amendment wise? sure its horrific and poor taste to do such a thing but it is legal

I feel too many "feel good" laws are passed because upset parents go on a legislative vendetta and use their sob story to rally support. One of the biggest problems in this country. :2 cents:
