What is your Phoenix Forum plan of action ?
 

Every year I hear people complaining about shows not being as they use to...there's no more webmasters going at shows, etc...

I think there's too many people going to trade shows with no action plan, simply going to the show with HOPES of finding business.

One of the issues I find is getting an attendees list from the shows. This would help all attendees to plan who they would like to meet, what they want to do and set up their show to gain the most out of it.

So I would like to hear how people prepare for shows now days and hear different ideas to optimize your trade shows !

I just send people an email if they would like to meet with me, and than we agree upon a time and a day - and that is it. Old fashioned - but it works like a charme. My calender for Phoenix is nearly full with one meeting per hour by now...

And yes, I would like to set a meeting with you to talk about how GammaE and we can do business together! :) Please pencil me in!

My plan is to bring a extra suitcase and clean out the snack shack and that way even if no business gets done I will at least have plenty of snacks in the next few months... J/K

I plan to be inundated with billing companies at every turn.

You have to make meets ahead of time and then fill in the spaces with people you meet at the show.
