they had to refund me my money at full value even though it had diminished..they had an auto block setup...every time i went to trade an account..it would block me and make me prove my identity, which would take about a week...so i mss the trade of course...i went up through management until they just gave me all my money back..i closed my account...dealing with them was like dealing with some adult company reps on here...completely useless people with no customer service skills at all

I'll say this. I thought the FIRST talking baby commercial was cute. I have not liked a single one since then. But I have seen them all. And I have seen this one with the little, apparently cheating playa baby with the milkaholic line, and never, ever, not once, not at all have I ever thought of lindsay lohan during, or after the stupid ass commercial.

I didn't think of Lohan at all when I saw the commercial and that shit about her elevating the name Lindsey to be synonymous with her is garbage. Tabloids don't even call her Lindsey, they call her Lilo.

Yea, those talking baby commercials are like the Aflac commercials with the duck...the first couple were actually funny in parts...everything since has been annoying as shit.

And I think the funny thing about this is that even IF they were parodying Lindsay:

1. It's a parody.
2. It's not untrue...she fucking drinks! If she wants $ for pain and suffering, she needs to sue herself.

If you've ever worked in mainstream marketing, you know the amount of thought that goes into every line and every image is pretty intense, almost to the point of absurdity.

It's conceivable they chose the name for the reason Lohan claims, but you still can't sue over it. Maybe they did it as an inside joke or maybe they thought the name did have a subconscious connection to party girls but there is no way to prove it.

When shooting a commercial, the look of the people, the clothes they are wearing, the colors in the background, those are all chosen specifically, so a name of a character is probably not random.

Stupid lawsuit though.

I remember seeing the commercial for the first time during the Super Bowl. I laughed and thought it was funny and then I turned to a friend of mine and said, "I wonder if that was Lindsay Lohan as a baby." We both laughed. I wouldn't be shocked to find out they named the baby Lindsay for just that reason.

Can't sue parodies.... otherwise you might as well shut down late night television right now.
