If the Supreme Court comes back and says that community standards must be set on a local basis, I'd look for increased prosecutions of online erotica. IMHO.

As conservative as it is I think they are smart enough to realize to impose "community" standards on something that is GLOBAL is impossible. Not to mention that those laws applied to brick and mortar businesses that had a presence in the COMMUNITY whether the COMMUNITY wanted it or not. Thus they could argue about safety, housing value etc etc. Online porn comes into the HOME and ONLY if you ALLOW it. It doesn't affect the safety of the COMMUNITY nor will it decrease property values.

Having dealt personally with county prosecutors and district attorneys, I can tell you that they don't give a fuck about what is legal in LA, NYC or Chicago. Your "shit" will be on the line in Bushville, Texas and Orintown, Utah.
