I must have browsed straight past this one but am reading about he/she single handled caused the arrest.

Is this true? What was said on this board to elude?

I read fmltube is concerned about safety following this incident and would never have thought with that tubesite fmltube.com that was the agenda from the start.

Why post on an industry board for months if you had an agenda like that? I mean straight letters to the cops would take a couple hours at most.

Also, it seems that enough was said which obviously I haven't read to at least get a subpoena from fmltube.com whois right?

Entered the industry infringing a trademark no less in order to go after someone for breaking the law...quite funny. Wonder when someone will begin a crusade against her for her apparent disregard towards FMyLife's intellectual property in the same manner she went after Dirty D.

It just doesn't make sense to me. I don't believe for a second she is a dike, my guess would be the girls mother and is totally psychotic.

But did fmltube actually send the evidence to the police to spark the investigation?

That's one internet vendetta followed through on. You know what they say though, reality writes the strangest stories. If half of what is getting tossed around is anywhere close to true, this story is one for the internet record books.

I actually think I'm starting to feel a little bad for Dirty D even. Almost, maybe.

This is what I think.

Statutes of limitation was about to expire. Fmltube got wind of some dirt and decided to announce on boards a vandetta. I think fmltube had no part in this and was able to to research likely on this board.

I think the FL police had a vandetta and the statutes of limitation was about to expire.

I think she/he is a fake and a drama queen. That's what me thinks...

It just seems that the DA/police had a weak case back then and decided to file the charges now to not let statutes run out. I am just guessing but can't see how that dude mellisa, britnney, fred would have had any influence on it at all except maybe being a nuisance.
