About this UNDERAGE MODEL thing...
 

A few of my clients have contacted me about this. It seems that because the model in question has apparently used multiple names, people are finding it difficult to check their databases to see if they may have purchased content with her in it.

The message I am getting is that they don't want ANY content of her on their sites no matter what age she was when it was shot. Better safe than sorry and why trust a girl who knowingly used either a fake I.D. or one that didn't belong to her in the first place?

Anyway......Can we get ONE thread going where all info about this model is posted? Real name, ALL aliases, the name provided on the I.D. she used with Dirty D's shoots, non-nude pics, phone numbers, addresses, emails.....ANYTHING and EVERYTHING that people can use to ensure that they have no risk of her being on their sites. As far as I am concerned, she gave up any privacy rights she might have had when she committed the crime and again when she went public about it.

That's exactly what this thread is for.

I heavily promote teen sites, would be interested if there are any solo sites or multi-model teen sites that have her content in it... i'll remove them immediately.

here name didn't seem familar to me, I would need her legal name to search up in my records

I imagine this could end up being a double edged sword. Right now she is likely being treated as a victim. Law Enforcement probably wouldn't take kindly to her real personal information (name, address, etc.) being passed around on the Internet.

Smart idea to pull any content in question --and document that you did it, which shows good faith, if there ever is a problem in the future.

Any model release worth it's salt would protect people from that. Besides, it wasn't her real name on the releases when she was under age.

I didn't find any of her aliases anywhere.....

Not even a Google cache....

Edit: as long as it's not her legal given name, I don't see any problem...may even be OK to pass around her real name, was just thinking tread lightly.

Of course civil. Can you show me any law that would keep anybody from posting a models legal name?

Any release she signed when she was underage does not have her real name so there is no worry of not having permission to post that. Anything she shot with her real name would have a release that states the content can be used under any name, factious or otherwise....At least if it's a decent release.

There is nothing criminal about posting her name either way.
