Seems like every webgirl out there is leaving the traditional places we all know and love in favor of being at myfreecams now. Several girls I've had under me now all want to be there instead.

Is this format of webcam tips the new form of stripping? Seems RUDE *kind of* had this system but never really took off like this, girls and companies are spamming it everywhere.

Not at all. It's just another wave that the models "milk". MFC's format is not the future of cams imo. :2 cents:

Better mix the two together, a regular cam site with private shows AND a tipping system during the free chat. Interclimax does this.

I wonder GSX... Massive traffic, can watch for free without any signups, get good tip money and exposure to tons of traffic for your membership site. I know a lot of surfers that would never "tip" but the fact they can just stumble on and find a girl they like which converts to a web signup isn't too bad. I know the majority will be leechers but the one the you sell you personality too will convert for months to come.

Yes, and the girls that go to MFC will love to find out their 'private' shows are being recorded and posted on sites like phun.org.

The top video chat sites still have plenty of girls, and with the video quality you see on some (check out some of the HD cams on Streamate for example), I doubt there will be a shortage of members or talent anytime soon.

Yeah, most of the cam sites out there do record the private shows.

We've actually had a huge influx of girls from MFC coming over to OHC for various reasons as of late. Can't say I'm not enjoying it :)

That site is good but as of lately I heard some stories about it. The girls who are quick for a buck will give full nude shows in free chat in hopes to get tips and that is against their TOS, but when a TOP MODEL on there hits all her tips, say she counts down to 1500 for a full nude show and she gets it, then she will do the show in the free chat and mfc only seem to fine the TOP MODELS when they do it and tend to leave the little people alone.

The biggest complaints I hear are:

1. They hate having to be on free cam for such long periods of time to make anything, they get tired.

2. Management doesn't care about the trading, recording, etc of the chats.

Myfreecams, though definitely a cool site, is an unattractive place to watch a show. Each page is so damn bright and busy, all that white space and text. Distracting stuff. That said I agree that a situation where a model can get tips and do private shows seems like a great way to go for the girls.

Im not a big fan of begging for tips, I guess I rather work for my money LOL

Yeah I was thinking the same thing, but from a marketing point I do like how it makes it seem busy with a lot going on.

MFC is a monster, Leo is something of a genius. Check out any of the freelance programmer sites and there are people looking for clone scripts. Idiots can't copy that concept, they'll try and all fail, the webcam business on the processing end is tricky and challenging. He has massive traffic, the same for MyFreePaysite, easy to see where it all comes from and he's got 10 years of experience with that traffic, he knows exactly what he's doing. The tackiness of the design, it's intentional.

what are they paying out models? it's a big % i think. I don't think Live Jasmin, Streamates, Cams,etc have anything to worry about but somebody like Camz - plenty.

I got news for you, not at the rate MFC is - if you're going to record a private on most sites you're going to have to ante up at least $1.99/min. MFC is like Christmas for the guys that spend their life recording and sharing private chats.

Secondly, the better sites are having them removed, MFC doesn't. That makes a difference when a girl complains she found a video of herself on a forum and the company shrugs it's shoulders.
