Probably everywhere. I am buying at go daddy. YOu need to use card number you have on paper that came with epass card, not that one on plastic card.

Is that the virtual number?

Yeah. I use mine at DirectNic no problem.

Wrong. There are lots of billers who block the Virtual Visa, if you had one, you'd already know this.

I have not found one registrar that does not take epass.

I use 4-5 and they all have accepted it as payment, as has any other I've tried. I think the only way you will get turned down is if the site is running a paypal checkout.

same here. I use it all the time @ different registrars without a problem.
