Takes about 20 seconds to load the flash App. I download at around 500 KB/s.

The flash app loaded in about 3 seconds for me. (Chrome)

I am in South Africa right now and it loaded OK, took 10 seconds or so for the flash to load.

that is going pretty fast, but we are here on a 60 mvps connetion.

complete page with flash running 20 seconds in Spain. but as the rest of the page loads fast the flash wait isnt really noticed.

The flash is set to load in 10 seconds... the thought was to allow the surfer to get on the page a few seconds before automatically starting the vid.

Would you nix that and load it immediately?

when you click Deal, the screen changes. So why use Flash for that header ? Why not put a mockup there with a flash video that streams and when they click the deal button, it then goes on to whatever it needs to.

Mine sucks so bad right now, I am actually in a help room with a tech trying to figure it out. My DL was below 2 Mpbs when I am paying for 16., refreshing the ip and resetting modem router bumped it to 10... what a joke.
