Well I happen to be one of their affiliates, so it's a genuine interest. Why would I try to start trouble with a company I have a good business relationship with?

The news hasn't been updated, and Dirty D is obviously not available for comment. I don't expect he's going to fuck over any of his affiliates, I'd just like to hear from someone over there what's going on.

WarChild, don't worry, the program is as strong as ever and the HIGR affiliates have nothing to worry about getting paid. I got word from the office that payouts were delayed a day, but are set to get out asap.

Look, I've read the shoehorn thread. The thing is, I've always been paid on time and the stuff of his I sell really sells well. I also know my traffic is great. It retains well and converts from trial well. I also know it's new traffic he wouldn't otherwise be getting. So while I may not agree with how it went down in regards to shoehorn I haven't been too worried.

Despite what you guys might think you don't get as successful as D without being fairly smart. Models, on the other hand, can be fairly vindictive and stupid. The girl in question was not exactly Megan Fox. It just doesn't make any sense for a successful businessman to risk his whole business AND jail time, to shoot some stupid bitch. Especially when they're a dime a fucking dozen. There isn't exactly a drout of women turning 18 with personal problems and low self esteem.

So without knowing _ANY_ of the facts in this case, if I had to speculate blindly in the case I'd lean towards what he has to say over some content girl. We'll have to see how the facts come out.

all i know is that d is on the radar now and based on where content was shot, this is not going to have a positive outcome...

I'm not even quite sure what this means. I think optimistic is the last word I'd use to describe me. It sounds a bit like you have nothing to say and you're saying it too loud.

I'm not sure if you can follow along with logic and reason but I'll give it a try anyways. Shoehorn wasn't "fucked over". It was a small amount of money and he got paid in the end. It's not like Dirty D was picking through affiliates saying "Yeah we'll just kill this account, woohoo $300 more for us!!!".

DirtyD has being paying many affiliates lots of money for quite some time. You can look at ANY major affiliate program and find one or two-of examples of people having problems. If I had to disqualify every program that converts really well for me on the basis of one or two minor issues, I'd be leaving so much god damned money on the table it'd be ridiculous.

Affiliates who receive payouts via Epass will experience a delay pending a wire transfer hold. If you prefer to get a check instead of waiting, send graphicdude at howigotrich.com an email and he can issue you a check.

For one, NOBODY "competes" with me as his angle was different...Even still, check Alexa...I'm definitely not worried about his site competing with mine...Plus, I WANTED him to stay online and keep paying as I made money from him also.

Plus, you don't know what in the fuck you're talking about....Until last week there was a HUGE CUSTOM VERTICAL BANNER for CWC up on my site and have been an affiliate for YEARS due to Dirty D personally asking me.....Don't believe me, hit the wayback machine..

HIGR pays out 2 or 3 periods behind. So even if I stopped promoting it the day the news hit, they'd still owe me a pretty good chunk of money.

Because of the nature of the way I promote things, I can't "replace" sponsors. That is to say I don't have a finite pool of traffic that I can simple say "oh no problem let's send the traffic that goes to HIGR to sponsor XYZ instead.". D also makes it so easy for me to promote his stuff I have virtually no cost other than Filipino labour (read pennies) so it's purely profit that can not be replaced.

The bottom line is D's being paying me without problem, given me plenty of personal attention, and been a pleasure to do business with for quite awhile. The guy's having some serious legal problems right now, obviously. It's understandable if there's a shake up in his operations but don't you think you're all a little quick to condemn the guy and his entire business?

I haven't condemned him....I just jumped ship like I have done with many other sponsors...I could jump back in like I have done with many other sponsors.....I don't know him personally and I'm not saying that he wouldn't pay...

The only thing I noticed is the irony in your statements in the beginning of this thread....Other than that, I had no other point to make in this thread besides the fact that I lost money too.
