its 10mbps, at $4 per mbps the hosting co would still make a profit on these boxes.

PacificRack is the top quote so far on this (but with 2003 server). Anyone else up to the challenge?

I would speak with www.amerinoc.com and see what they have to offer. They may not be able to match your price request but the service is second to none.
