Please reccomend to us a php guy/design guy.

We are revamping our entire affiliate area front to back. Looking for an all-in-one progammer and designer for this project.

Most of the good one's do not have time to take on a task like this. If you want them, a lot of times you are going to have to schedule in advance. But it will be worth it.

My advice is, get a (skilled) programmer and a separate (skilled) designer. It's extremely rare to find someone at a high-level who can do both those tasks in one, so likely you'd have a great programmer who can use Photoshop a bit or a great Designer who knows basic PHP; which isn't what you need. :2 cents:

I agree. Being creative and a good programmer is rarely found in the same person.
