one thing I would suggest is to place a "roll over" action like a border color change on the thumbnails that link to the larger pics. because right now the difference between your header and those pics is a little too close. Needs to have a real "call to action" tot he gallery in total. I always thought phrases like "click here to see more"...etc work better.
